Linda Hansen is an automotive professional with a true passion for the business.  She has a 20-plus year background in the automotive industry. She has been a Zone Customer Relations Manager and a District Manager for Pontiac Motor Division. While working as a Service Director of two large metro (Chicago) dealerships, she also served on the Ford/Lincoln Mercury Fixed Operations Advisory Board, meeting with and providing valuable field data to the manufacturer.

She currently specializes in new vehicle product launches, facilitating and co-writing manufacturers’ training programs (sales, process,  service, parts. etc.), dealership improvement initiatives, process review and improvements, OEM certification initiatives and New Owner Clinics.  Linda also provides individual dealership consulting services and is a regular contributor to several Best Practice websites and forums.

Linda is a high energy retail product and skills trainer and facilitator for both large venues (300 plus per session) and in dealership vehicle launch and training programs. Linda served as one of the original National SYNC infotainment trainers for Ford Motor Company and is well versed in other telematic applications. She has traveled the country presenting OEM programs and consulting with various line-makes.  Linda maintains a passport for international travel.

With an automotive background that includes various management positions in dealerships, district management and regional directorships, Linda possesses the knowledge and instincts that allow her to quickly connect with her audience and present the manufacturers message in a fun, credible and informative manner. Her professionalism and focus on making each program a true success has made Linda a high in demand facilitator.
